Very conveniently located if visiting...
Liked: Very centrally located in the Longwood Medical Area. So if you need to spend time at Longwood, then cannot beat staying here. Other hotels would require bit of walking and/or Green Line T.
Disliked: We had a room that faced the roof of another building. The ventilation fan noise was running the entire night. Basically got no or little sleep. Luckily we were only there for one night. If you get a room that is already noisy when you first walk in, try to get one facing different direction. Because that noise gets magnified at night when you try to sleep.

Comfy cozy
Liked: The beds were so comfortable. The pillows were 10/10. The mattress, blanket, pillow combo was elite. We were shocked how comfy it was.

Loud near hospital ask for...
Liked: The bed was really comfortable and soft! Makes up for harsh towels. Room service was mediocre. Don’t recommend order the gluten-free pizza.
Disliked: Really light on the toiletries! Arrived Sunday its a 1,000 feet from the subway and nothing open in the hotel on the weekend! Really far walk no restaurant or room service!! Loud sirens day and night near the hospital too. This place should be cheaper for the location unless you’re working at the hospital it’s undesirable for me to return.

Aweful
Disliked: When we first arrived the room smelt like a sweaty gym and was a little on the warm side We turned the humidifier (i believe that's what it was) on to relieve the odor. I did not report this to the front desk as we were only staying one night and most hotels were booked due to the Jimmy Fund Marathon. We checked out around 11am the next morning to go to a burn center appointment. The hotel did not notify us they were going to charge us 250 dollars because they claimed "smoking was done" in the room. This was not the case. I called the hotel 3 times on Wednesday 10/9 and finally was able to speak to the manager. She said she would have to investigate and would call back. I am a smoker. However I did not smoke in the hotel. I went to the parking lot where I was parked right in front of the clerk each time I went out. This in unacceptable. If I was to have received a call or any notification I would have returned to the hotel and went up to the room with management. There was no smoking that occurred during my stay. I am appalled by the customer service experience, the charge and the assumptions that were made.

Pleasant
Liked: Location is great. Employees were very pleasant & helpful.
Disliked: At 8pm on my 2nd night, both my daughter and I had an issue with the room. We immediately packed up and went to the front desk. The lady at the front was very accommodating and helpful. She immediately assigned us a new room. It was smaller but still had enough space for us. I was surprised that upon checking out the next day, nothing was said as in "our apologies again", etc, but most surprisingly my receipt was still charged the full rate for both nights; no discount on the 2nd night for the inconvenience of moving, as well as the smaller room. I would have thought my charges would have been adjusted accordingly.
