Liked: The location could not be beat. We had a procedure at U. Mass Brigham and were greatful to be in a comfortable place so near by.
Disliked: It was a bit dingy. The sheets and blanket were clean but not particularly up to date.

Liked: The location was good. The food court and drug store were nice, being that they were connected right to the hotel. Parking was discounted to $25 a day, which was a lot cheaper than other hotels. The hotel overall was a good value.
Disliked: The bathroom was pretty small. Also the toilet seat did not seem clean when we got to our room.

We would stay again!

Liked: Your location was perfect, just a block away from Boston Children’s Hospital, an unexpected stay. Our accommodations were great!! Our room was comfy and updated, but most importantly, extremely clean. We booked our reservation the same day as our arrival, so your having availability at a reasonable price was appreciated!
Disliked: The desk clerks were not very personable or welcoming, but were not discourteous either. The price quoted for our room was $150, but when all was said and done at checkout, there was an extra $53 tacked on for taxes and “property fees”. That brought our total to over $200 for a one night stay, which was a huge surprise.
