Liked: Very clean, quaint quiet Inn. Amazing view of Lock 7 as it raises or lowers the lake freighters.Close to amenities.

Liked: It was relaxing and quiet...the view was excellent... ....Had the best and relaxing time which the two of us needed..Awesome place to stay...
Disliked: Maybe a microwave for the convenience of warming up take out...but that would be it..

A very interesting experience!

Liked: We had a great stay here. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the huge ships passing through the lock. We sat out with a bottle of wine and looked up each one on the internet as they passed by. The host in the office was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. We will come back next year for sure when we are in the area for winery visits.
Disliked: We were pleased with everything.

Gentleman on the front desk...

Liked: Our room was large..2 double bed room, clean and having access to our own balcony to enjoy the summer like weather and view of the lock directly across the street was FANTASTIC!
Disliked: Not much! If I had to pick I wish there had been a hair blower..not much to complain about!

Liked: We love this place - it is ideal for a quiet getaway, we come every year - twice,this year.The location is great - right on the Canal,and you can watch the shipping from your room, coming & going from all sorts of destinations - and the best part is that it is so blissfully quiet & peaceful.The owner is thoughtful and caring,a real gem.We will come here every year as long as we are able.I wouldn't miss it for the world.
