Hotel was very nice and everyone was very friendly. Good experience for a low price.

Liked: The receptionist at the front desk was quite knowledgeable about activities/ restaurants/ shops. She was very knowledgeable and courteous
Disliked: There were no shampoo/ conditioner in the bathroom. There were also 3 bugs in our room. There was quite a bit of chicken feathers outside our room door. I mentioned it to the receptionist and she said they were going green, you had to ask for toiletries, but there was no sign saying that, as for the bugs she said it was the weather, and the feathers came from chicken on the farm.

Disliked: Room was small. No draws for clothing, you had to live out of your suite case. There were bugs in the room. Bathroom didn’t have any hook to hang clothing. Breakfast was ok, not great. Over all very disappointing. Would not recommend and will not go back.

Disliked: Walls too thin. Could hear the other guest in the room next door.

Room was not represented correctly

Liked: Lovely shops and restaurants. Staff was accommodating.
Disliked: Our room was supposed to be a king with a view of the lake. While it was a king size bed that was all that could really fit in the room. This was definitely not a lake view either.Very disappointed .

Liked: Excellent staff in every department! Location is close to lots of attractions. We enjoyed the walking path and peaceful surroundings. Walked to Sight and Sound theater. Food was amazing in both the Cafe and restaurant! Shops are fantastic!!
Disliked: Great service, good, location and staff!
