Liked: Breakfast was on par with other hotels and bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Loud heating system

The staff were rude.

Liked: When we arrived, the staff was not friendly, and we were immediately disappointed with the service. Once we checked in, we were directed to the elevators. The elevator got stuck, and the call button didn't work. I called the front desk for help, and they opened the door. We were told we would have to use the stairs. I have a leg injury, so going up four flights of stairs with luggage was not acceptable. Once in our room the bathroom had a foul odor and the mini fridge smelled of beer. We were scheduled for a two-night stay and checked out the next day. I asked for a refund for the second day, as we would not be staying. This was their response to my request: We will not be refunding any of this stay; the elevator was only out of service for less than two hours.
Disliked: The staff!

Definitely coming back to stay...

Liked: Very conservative as well quiet. Staff was great and friendly. Room was perfect for my toddler to run around in.
Disliked: The parking meaning the lines could be repainted since hard to see while soaked from rain as some people parked where they were not supposed too.
