Decent stay

Liked: Friendly front desk person in the evening when we arrived. Friendly room service staff.
Disliked: Rude staff person who answered the phone when I called to ask questions. Pillows.

A good base for the...

Liked: Overall the hotel was a great base for our visit to East Norwich and Oyster Bay. The rooms were generously sized, comfortable, clean and well equipped. The gym was also well equipped. The front desk staff were friendly and all requests were responded to very efficiently. The shuttle service was very handy for getting from the hotel to places in the vicinity.
Disliked: The food was average and dietary requirements weren't particularly well catered for. The restaurant staff could also have been more helpful and friendly. There was also a midnight fire alarm that apparently happens every few weeks. While the gym was well equipped it could do with a deep clean as the equipment was dirty and some of it not in good condition.

Comfy stay

Liked: Well equipped room. Good breakfast. Housekeeping efficient. Shuttle was useful.
Disliked: Better catering for dietary requirements (especially evening buffet) would be good. Option to have door for all of bathroom would be good (or small sink in shower area) to give privacy if required e.g. medical conditions
