Liked: Who was book for three people. It has a small kitchen. And there were only two cups two large glasses too small glasses limited silverware. That's not a way to equip a kitchen. Funnily enough there is a dishwasher. There was no dishwashing soap or sponge. The room smelled a bit must be. They throw complimentary breakfast and dinner, which is very convenient. The Staples excellent, but the hotel was a bit worn. They did have a very large dining area where a lot of people would work and relax. There was a small lobby with a fireplace, which was very cozy. The hotel was decorated beautifully for Christmas.

Liked: The atmosphere was so cozy. I loved the fireplace in the lobby. We had the royal suite and loved the spa shower.
Disliked: The carpet in the lobby and the main stairs are worn and in need of replacement

Disliked: The king studio suite advertised room for four - king bed and sofa bed. The sofa bed was horrible, horrible, horrible. No one should rely on using the sofa bed. The buffet meals (breakfast and supper) weren't great.

Too Many Inconveniences.

Liked: This location is beautiful.The staff were very nice and available at all times.Breakfast a d dinner were very good .My first day of arrival ,I left my items in the room and stepped out to run one last errand.I was called by Hotel staff manager because previous guest had left items in the safe.I wasn't to far so I was able to return.This was an inconvenience for me but I knew it was important for the previous quest to get her items since she had a wedding to attend in 2 hours.I say all this to inform of staff follow up and that they were always a available.This was beginning of many more inconveniences.
Disliked: When I arrived ,I checked in ,all went smoothly.Went to room ,left my items in closet and left to run one last errand.I had to return due to hotel manager contacting me for previous guest who left items in the safe.So this took time and a little inconvenience out of my plans.Once back ,I went into the bathroom noticed it was a handicap shower of which I really didn't realize it would be a problem until it's used.The floor was completely flat no water barrier.So all the water flowed out of bathroom area and into the sink / vanity/ closet area.A complete puddle with no drain except for one.I was so angry that I was given a handicap room when I didn't request one.I called the front desk explaining above ,I was told they where fully booked and this was the only room available.That they were very sorry for any inconvenience,but at this moment they were unable to offer another room.I told him I was never told I was being given a handicap room .There should have been someone informing me of this.Its unexceptable.I had to request for more towels to be able to contain the water within the bathroom area.This was such in inconvenience .Extra work,not relaxing.I had 3 other people with me.So this was a huge issue.Its was Tuesday and my stay was until Friday.I refused to put up with this for 3 more days ! Then later while putting some of my own items in the dresser I found other items of previous guest that were also forgotten.Called front desk again.Explained situation and someone was sent to clear out the dresser and take items left.Another inconvenience.This was already approximately 8 pm .We were so tired of all the back and fourth .Was not a good start.Next morning ,7am sharp I go to front desk and requested a room change to what I had booked in the first place.Was told I had to wait until check out of 11am,unless someone leaves earlier.He checked system and saw someone did.
