One of the best vacations...

Liked: The entire atmosphere, even in March, was amazing. The decor in the entire place felt like it was Christmas. Santa was there singing and spreading joy. The heated pools and hot tubs were phenomenal. The bon fires at night were a great way to meet people all from around the country. The scavenger hunts took you all over the hotel to see all the decor in depth. The hotel was difficult to leave.
Disliked: There was nothing to dislike about this hotel.

Liked: Everything was top notch! My kids loved seeing Santa, the pool and grounds are amazing, all the amenities are wonderful it’s like stepping into the North Pole! Staff is great! Beds are very comfortable.
Disliked: Not one complaint.

Liked: The decor was beautiful. The outside facilities were enjoyable. Our room was very nice. I enjoyed the Christmas music on TV. We slept very good as the mattresses were very comfy. We really enjoyed the breakfast. There were so many tasty items to choose from. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Can' t think of a thing that I didn't like.
