Disliked: Room (6) could do with updating Breakfast staff( older gentleman) could do with cheering up a bit, other staff we met were very engaging

Disliked: On arrival were shown room no lift 3 flights of stairs both disabled could not stay. were not made aware that we were up3 flights of stairs. no carpet in the bedroom. room smelt so strong of bleach it made me cough. We did not stay. but staff were very help full in finding us a hotel that met our expectations. On your Booking.com details you were very untruthful.

Disliked: Toilet ground floor in the bar. Noisy footsteps on wooden floor above. Very dark colours and too many stairs! Paying £9.50 for a scotch egg!!!
