Perfect place to stay -...

Liked: Staff were great, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing - loved the smashed avocado! And we ate there one evening too, salad was lovely. Location perfect for the conference centre and local restaurants.
Disliked: Service was a little slow at breakfast - but the quality more than made up for it!

Great location, friendly staff and...

Disliked: The heating was not working and it could be cleaner. It took long time to get hot water. We were on the second floor so luckily we only had a small suitcase.

Would stay again

Liked: The room was nice, big size and kept nice and warm in the evenings. So nice to have a big bathtub. The staff all went above and beyond. The breakfast was very nice. We were able to park our car in their car park which was great.
Disliked: The bed was okay not most comfortable. The light fixture was hanging loose. There was one member of staff who was shouting in the kitchen very loudly on our arrival which was a bit strange and the staff member checking us in apologised for him.

Liked: Everything at The Inn is excellent. I would just warn anyone booking the apartments that there are a lot of stairs to gain access!Other than that, the food, the cleanliness, the staff were brilliant and the location is fantastic too. Very happy!
