Worst experience by far !!

Liked: The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: - the heater was noisy and the bathroom impossible to heat, it was very cold - because they disconnected the office phone during the night, the calls were forwarded to my bedroom. I woke up at 5:30 am on a Saturday morning because someone called 3 times. When I shared it the day after at the office, they barely apologized and of course didn't give me any monetary compensation to apologize for their mistake. I wrote them an email after that experience they never answered. Seriously it is my worst experience in a hotel so far.
