Friendly but cold

Liked: The reception and bar staff very friendly. Breakfast has a good choice and plentiful.
Disliked: I found it extremely cold. I understand it's an old building but I found the bedroom very cold. The air heater helped but you couldn't use all night.

Disliked: We had to make them aware their water boiler not hot so tea and coffee cold resolved bynext day!
