Great hotel in a beautiful...

Liked: Love the design of the hotel and it was very clean and in the middle of everything I needed to get to.
Disliked: Not such a safe area.

Gorgeous building, wonderfully friendly staff

Liked: Very cool building and spacious room.
Disliked: A couple of details missing—no bath mat or pen and paper. I was on the phone and desperately searching for a pen to write down something important.

Disliked: I booked a room with a view and a sofa. They gave me a very small room without a view and a sofa, and couldn't do anything about it, explaining that it was just a "picture."

Possibly will stay in another...

Liked: The staff was great. Location was a plus.
Disliked: I thought the hotel was overpriced. I originally was put in a room that had no working shade device with a sub par shower-Room 501. Second room replacement was better. Expected more amenities for the price.
