Liked: Everything. Loved this little Hotel. Beautifully styled and clean. Lovely little bar downstairs. Very quiet rooms. Bed super comfy. Staff very friendly. Such a good location, can walk into the main CBD or just stay around the area. Great little pub The Alliance Hotel (7 min walk) had great food. Will definitely be back.

Inconsistent and inconvenient

Liked: The room was not the room I booked despite this I proceeded to settle in. The lounge lights were not functioning correctly, the TV would not switch on which made accessing any hotel information impossible. Remotes available were no longer in use but in room all same. No robes had to request, no coffee , no laundry detergent. Despite the inconvenience the front of house staff Eden went out of her way to assist and help. No lighting the dark lounge room meant no remote work space for the day and I had to be relocated to an alternate space for confidential online meetings all day. Upon opening my invoice I have now noticed I have been overcharged for the room both nights approx $70 more than booking dot com confirmed quote. This could have been rectified at check out but the reception staff wanted to send invoice as they were too busy. Next time I will insist they do the invoice before I leave. I doubt I will stay here again
