Liked: Thanks to Pat and her staff for making me feel so welcome. Hot yummy breakfast and coffee on those chilly mornings and a cold Pint in the evening. Ideal!!

Disliked: Rooms were cold but did have a heater in the bedroom you could use, bathroom was very cold and the water was cold early in the morning. Breakfast very good and staff very helpful when I needed a earlier breakfast

Disliked: on arriving I collected my key headed up to my room . On entering the room it was beyond freezing , as I had been on the go since 5am I thought id grab a hour in bed but the bed was even colder so I headed Back to reception asked if the room actually heats up and they got me a electric heater. At night I couldn't sleep as you could here every bit of noise outside . toilet you flush the cistern and the water inside the toilet pan sits about 3 inched from the top. The mould around the bath was disgusting. Hotel needs ALOT of money spent on it. All the staff were fantastic
