Good value in prime location

Liked: Location great, on the seafront. Very handy carpark which i was allowed to stay in when not booked in.Breakfast nice with reasonable selection of meat cooked breakfast options plus cereals and fruit.
Disliked: Cooked veggie breakfast optionsInformation about car park being charged when booking... It might have influenced my decision to book. Online it simply said car parking available whereas it cost £6 pn...hotel reception did kindly agree to waive fee when I queried it.

Great seafront views in tired...

Liked: Great view in a superior sea view room, good central location with good eating places nearby
Disliked: Uncomfortable bed, balcony furniture was end of life, tired room. The scrambled eggs at breakfast were poor

Great Building on great grounds

Liked: A lovely building, but feel that it could be updated a bit. Although clean, and staff were friendly , the coffee machine in the room did not work. Breakfast only starts at 8.00am and no coffee or tea service before that. Lovely locatioln and grounds , but fittings just a bit tired. But we did enjoy the stay, we were only there for 1 night.

Liked: Great location and a good price. Rooms are dated, but clean. Its a lovely old building with gorgeous chandeliers in the dining room. Breakfast was good and well worth the money
