Liked: The room was in a quiet part of the hotel very peaceful. No lift noise or passing noisy visitors
Disliked: Room could do with redecorating it was a little gloomy. Mattress a little hard for my liking though I admit that it is impossible to provide an ideal mattress that would suit everyone

Liked: Lovely friendly staff and very relaxed atmosphere. Also love that dogs can stay even though didn't bring ours.
Disliked: It would be nice if parking was free.

Liked: We liked the view and staff were friendly, breakfast was good and they cooked the eggs anyway you asked.
Disliked: When we arrived the gentleman on reception had a dirty shirt on which did not give a good first impression of the hotel.

Liked: Lovely setting.
Disliked: Facilities are very dated but comfortable.The bedroom had cobwebs, but that is thanks to high ceilings.Paying for parking not obvious on initial booking. Breakfast bland.

Disliked: Breakfast waitress not very engaging,

Happy, enjoyable stay

Liked: Staff, food and bed were lovely.
Disliked: A couple of things needed sorting in the room, but didn't spoil our stay. They were done the next day.
