Great location in Exmouth that...

Liked: Close proximity to both the town in one direction (2 minutes walk) and the beach (2 minutes walk) in the other direction

We will be back, probably...

Liked: The breakfast buffet is now hotter than it used be with the new warmers. A bit of daily variety would be nice. Say, take out hashbrowns and add mushrooms, or swap tomato segments to Mediterranean tomatoes. EtcWe were VERY pleased with dinner main course. Varied, flavoursome and plentiful.

Liked: The lady in reception on our arrival very kindly changed our room as we did not like the first room we were given

Superb

Liked: where hotel is situated, large gardens, dogs allowed, bacon ran out at breakfast,
Disliked: could hear noise from other residents at night time

Good

Liked: The view of the garden and sea with a balcony was brilliant. It worked fine for our needs and the facilities, comfy bed and breakfast were all just what we needed. The location was perfect for us to really walk into town and also walk to and along the seafront. Staff were all friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The whole hotel is a bit tired and needing some tlc, but it was comfortable and a great location.
