Liked: the property was well appointed and comfortable
Disliked: it would have been nice to have coffee available for customers as opposed to having to purchase an entire meal

The hotel is very good,...

Liked: The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable and appropriate size. The location is really great, very close to Nyhavn, on a quiet street. The breakfast is tasty and the staff at the restaurant were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: One disadvantage I may outline is the glass door of the bathroom (frosted glass) which in a case of sharing the room with a friend is a bit challenging. There was no balcony of the room.

Exceptional

Liked: A lovely, clean hotel. We had an early flight, so weren’t expecting to be able to check in until 3pm, however our room was ready and we are able to settle in. The hotel is in a prime location, with walking distance to Nyhavn and other attractions like Amalienborg Palace and Christiansborg Palace. Kind and accommodating staff. If I were to return to Copenhagen, I would definitely stay here again.

Liked: The room was quite large and decorated beautifully. The bed was also very large. The desk and desk chair were very useful.
