Liked: The hotel is very well located and surprisingly quiet, which was a big plus.
Disliked: The room had an unpleasant smell, like plumbing, every time we walked in. Additionally, one of the elevators was out of order during our stay, which was inconvenient. I also didn’t enjoy the lobby area; it features a pond that felt out of place and had limited comfortable seating options.

Lovely staff and comfortable stay

Liked: This was the 3th time that we stayed that hotel and we really liked the location, rooms which are clean and comfortable, staff and breakfast.
Disliked: It is not that big issue but after room cleaning, it would be great if all slippers and and towels could been changed

Liked: The location is unbeatable and the staff are all so kind. Truly phenomenal breakfast spread!!!
Disliked: Our room smelled so terrible they moved us for our second night, it was just such a wretched smell. I get it’s an old building with trouble sometimes, but I think the plumbing needs an upgrade. Staff were extremely nice about it and immediately moved us when I went to speak to them about it. The people who work here are lovely!

Liked: We were upgraded to a very spacious room, everything was great. It was clean and the bed was comfortable, we even liked the pillows

Disliked: The breakfast could be better. I came from another hotel which the breakfast was a lot better.My room was street front and the street cleaners made nosie which woke me up in the morning

Excellent location, great service, clean...

Liked: The location is brilliant, everything is easily reachable walking, or even by bikes provided by the hotel if needed. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. The room was very clean, stylish and in a good shape. The breakfast was really tasty as well.
Disliked: There is nothing really that was negative. Just one comment: It is our little thing to end the day in hotel bars, but the one in the hotel could do with a little ambiance lightning and a little music. I am sure more people would frequent it for a nightcap before bed.
