Cosy, great location, very clean.

Liked: The place is gorgeous, 5/10 min walk into town. Heating is almost nuclear so you won’t be cold.
Disliked: Really would struggle to say anything negative at all

Disliked: I prefer a porridge / fruit breakfast. What I had was very nice, but would have welcomed a choice of cereals / porridge etc.

Liked: Me and my partner stayed here for a night out in Dumfries , it was beautuful6, handy private entrance and gorgeous room, friendly people and owner made me feel so welcome , would definitely recommend , hopefully be back soon

Liked: Within walking distance to city centre, first class B&B nice and modern and superb room. Breakfast was lovely nicely presented and the house was immaculate to a fault. We normally stay in hotels and Iam glad we decided to try this B&B would recommend highly.
