Disliked: The shower isn't labelled as which way to turn for hot and cold and how to switch between the settings of hand held and overhead .it ran cold for about 8 minutes Your off street parking is great once you find it.The road to it looks like a path (not driveable legally) and is tucked round the back next to the spire you can see. if you have a front entrance for guests on foot mark that with one set of directions and for those arriving by car make it another way/better than presently.it's a nice clean place but these two things let you down slightly I think Your signage on the property says you still have facilities to do BED & BREAKFAST.It's a shame you don't.

Liked: That it was in Leighton buzzard, nothing else.
Disliked: The property is extremely rundown, the room was Shabby. The carpet was stained and dirty, The ceiling had obviously been damaged through a leak and had not been repaired. The two radiators in the room, one barely worked and the other was only warm. In the bathroom the heated towel rail didn’t work, this was due to the power lead going into the under sink cupboard and just hanging there with a plug but no socket to plug it into. As for the tea and coffee facilities, we didn’t want to use the kettle as there was rust at the bottom of it. One of the cups was so dirty that it stuck to the saucer and the other had the coffee and tea and sugar packed inside it and also didn’t look very clean.

Pleasant stay

Liked: Suitable for a nearby party I attended.Very Friendly and Helpful staff.
Disliked: Took a while for water to get Hot in shower, but in fairness a notice on shower door explained the reason
