Super clean basic rooms!

Liked: It was SPOTLESSLY clean and good TV channels, also very close to the centre and shops.
Disliked: It was a little dated, and the bottom of my door didn't reach the carpet so it was very noisy when people were in the hallway coming and going.

A bed for the night

Liked: I've stayed here before and it's good for a night and the free parking. Good quiet location near the church and park (it's also only a few minutes from the train station).
Disliked: It gets a little more run down every year. The plumbing isn't great but just about manages.

Friendly and relaxed.

Liked: Friendly welcome. Very relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. Free parking. Great location.
Disliked: Nothing. It suited us perfectly.

Liked: We didn’t get offered breakfast and they do not serve breakfast
Disliked: The rooms are either freezing or roasting hot that you struggle to breathe.

Liked: The location is good, and it's the cheapest stay in Leighton Buzzard that you can find.Being near the station is definitely helpful.The church and park next to the property are pretty.
Disliked: The building in a state of disrepair, the bathroom in particular. The side of the bath had a chunk missing and the sink had a chunk out of the basin etc. It's clearly very old, but could be upkept better and have broken things replaced.
