Liked: The hotel was nice, love the lobby. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The beds and pillows were comfy. The free coffee in the lobby was the best. And the prices of the water and snacks in the lobby were very reasonable. Will be back
Disliked: The thin walls, you could hear everything from everyone else

Three night without the room...

Liked: Bed was comfortable. Location convenient
Disliked: Rooms are not soundproof and we heard loud next door guest until after midnight the first night and again someone else shouting at 5am the following day. Our room did not get clean after the first night. When I reported this at the front desk around 6pm and asked if the room could be cleaned now, instead of offering an apology the woman at the reception said she wasn’t there in the morning and now no one could clean it until the next day, so all she could do was giving me clean towels. The following day, before leaving for the day around 10am I stopped by the front desk. A different woman was there. I told her about the room not being cleaned the day before and asked to make sure she would be cleaned today. She apologized and said she would make sure. When I got back to my room at 5pm the room had not been cleaned once again.

Disliked: This hotel requires guests to sign three pages of legal documents presented to only at the time of check in. Even though I had booked through Booking.comThe hallways have an unpleasant smell which reminds me of a combination between smoke and chemicals.

Liked: Breakfast was very good. Beds were very comfortable.
Disliked: The room was very clean, but it didn’t smell very good.It smelled very musty and old.We could not keep a consistent temperature on the shower either. It would run hot and cold without our adjusting it. It was a challenge.

Liked: Breakfast area and food selection were very good.
Disliked: Television reception was terrible. It was unwatchable- picture all broken up pixels.
