Liked: The decor was nice and fitting. Good size bed and comfy. Nice bathroom with details. Good room service menu and options.
Disliked: I do think for the price you could have maybe stretched to doing a room ‘tidy and replenish’ I understand being green but guests shouldn’t have to ask for more milk and water at these prices. Especially staying for more than 2 nights. The room clean was okay but I did find 2 fingernails that someone had picked off under the tv which was absolutely disgusting. Pillows also went some kind of weird black when I’d woken in the morning - I have blonde hair so isn’t hair dye. Tv was basic 2025 casting options should be standard and taps that fit the kettle under are a must! No point filling it up to have to tip half of it out to get it out from under the tap.
