Liked: Hotel has a very good, ergonomic and comfort design both in room and bathroom. Everything was designed with good taste. I really liked the music which was on after entering the room, comfy bed, and shower cabin. Service was great - as I arrived in the morning, the reception staff didn't want me to wait till check-in time but found me available room at 9 a.m. which was wonderful.The location is very convenient - close to Southwark station, Tate modern, Southbank and many other landmarks.There are nice bars and restaurants in the hotel so you may enjoy your evening without going out. Great place

Disliked: Being SLIGHTLY told off for bringing extra key (upon leaving…) to reception. You’re meant to leave it in the room. Reception person tutted and said…oh…er…fine…leave it next time, ok?’
