Great stay in a great...

Liked: Great , friebdly

Overpriced

Liked: The hotel is normally nice however the room we got this time felt like a prison cell and your facing a door whilst you sleep , the floor in the bath room was so slippery someone could’ve badly hurt themselves
Disliked: Room was bad , no bottled water in the room , bath room slippery

Disappointing to say the least

Disliked: The staff are horrible when I went to check in, which was really disappointing because I often stay at the Hoxton

Liked: Lobby at Hoxton’s are always great, the staff were super.
Disliked: House keeping did not attend/clean my room between nights, which was disappointing. The rooms are tired and need to be refurbished.
