Loved everything is about this...

Liked: Receptionist upgraded us to a stunning room with a park view. All the staff were all great and the room, bed, bathroom etc were perfect. New fav hotel in london.

Excellent, comfortable, safe, friendly, generous.

Liked: The room was amazing for one person, the bed was so comfortable, i really enjoyed it!! They had full TV, a radio in chill out music that i was putting it on to relax, the bathroom.....oh my God, amazing smells of the washing supplies, creams, conditioners, shampoo and handcream, not in small sealed packs, but in vases!! Big enough bathroom, amazing room. The window view was fabulous, I was at the 7th floor and I could see the heart of London and the railways of metro.Close to everything!! Westfield, one of the biggest shopping malls was just opposite the Hotel. Super Markets, cafe, english breakfast........I have no words. The Hotel is full cosy, modern, I had no need of extra plugs as it had USB ports in every plugs. The safety!!! You had to use your room card in order to use the lifts, and enter the hotel after midnight. That really made me feel safe!!. Every door had a lock and a chain. So thoughtful!!
Disliked: just a chair in the room or something. can't think of something else.....or a stool....

Consistently great!

Liked: Hoxton hotels are always consistent with beautiful decor and comfortable beds. The location is great for Westfield and the tube. Lovely large window with views over the park, great communal area downstairs. Milk and water complimentary in the fridge and the radio being on is a nice welcome into the room upon arrival.
Disliked: Water pressure is not fantastic in the shower but I’m really clutching at straws to find something I would want improved. Great stay
