Dissapointing customer service

Disliked: I contacted customer service in advance about setting up something in the room on arrival as it was a special occasion. The team were very kind and offered to arrange a welcome drink and card. However, on arrival there was nothing. I contacted the team to enquire about this and didn't get any response. The fact that this was promised and then not delivered/ignored was disappointing.
