Disliked: Rooms are so run down and gross. Mold in bathroom around the sink, towel bar rusted, bathroom counter had a huge stain. Hand soap dispenser was dirty around the actual dispenser. All SO off putting.

Very good

Liked: This was my 2nd time staying at this hotel and I would stay again on my next trip to Galway. The location is excellent and the staff are friendly
Disliked: No complaints for this hotel.

Exceptional

Liked: The location is perfect for all your tourist desires. The lobby is lovely and accommodating for both breakfast and after adventure cocktails.
Disliked: Only thing I saw was some undesirable “substance” left behind from previous guests.

It was fine.

Liked: Good location. Comfortable beds.
Disliked: Not great value for money. Shower tiny. Communal areas a bit run down. Basic breakfast.

Disappointed.

Liked: Staff were great.
Disliked: Building is really tired. Exterior looks great but interior needs an overhaul. Would have been acceptable if the cost were considerably lower but for 240 Euro per night I have had and expected far better.Our friends had to go into an annex down the street.

Nice break

Liked: Lovely location and nice place to have relaxed brekkie in the morning. Right in the heart of Galway. Enjoyed our stay - Will be back.

Exceptional

Liked: Location is perfect. The room was spacious and comfy.
Disliked: We couldn’t connect to the Netflix on the tv, unable to make contact with staff about it. The shower door doesn’t close, not suitable if you’re not a couple.
