Disliked: Ok don’t get me wrong I know I book disability accessible rooms for when I travel it just sucks that since I travel with a toddler with medical equipment and I get put on the opposite of the building have to walk through puddles of water try to figure out how to keep a door open to get a stroller medical equipment through is just very difficult than to top off when your checking i get locked out of the room just very difficult when having all this in play traveling with a toddler that needs med equipment the hotel is nice don’t get me wrong staff is good it just sucks to get stuck on the complete opposite side of a building with water puddles a door that is difficult to prop open just overwhelming than getting locked out the trim when trying to get stuff of the room before check out time

Liked: The front desk clerk, I believe her name is Jamie (SP?), was extremely polite and helpful to us and most important empathetic when she learned that we were in Bakersfield to visit a dying sister for the last time. She is quite wonderful!
