Liked: Breakfast was complimentary but below standard. Toaster was extremely dirty. They served boiled eggs in plastic bags. Options are very limited.
Disliked: Customer service at this hotel can be much better. They refuse to give me an invoice for my stay, claiming that booking.com should provide me with the invoice because I booked via this website. However, this is not my first time staying at a hotel that I booked via booking.com, and I was always provided an invoice at checkout from other hotels. After several messages with the hotel staff, they decided to ignore all the details I provided, notably the fact that booking.com clearly states that it is the hotel who should issue the invoice after a completed stay, the staff rudely replied: please call booking. That was their entire message.

Liked: We enjoyed the hotel a lot. It was in the perfect location. We shopped, got coffee and we're a quick ten minutes away from the Modacenter.
