Not worth the price.

Liked: Breakfast was good, staff was helpful.
Disliked: my first room i got the toilet wasn’t working, the staff said they would change my room and upgrade.. my new room was not an upgrade. The shower had peices falling off, there was a lot of hair all over. Just overall did not feel super clean. The bed didn’t have a fitted sheet just a top sheet and a duvet insert. For the price you’re paying i would expect more, i got the deluxe king and it was a completely average not very clean room.

Liked: The smores every evening by the firepit were a nice offering!
Disliked: I think I was expecting more! Was hoping for cold cuts or at least cooked eggs instead of packaged hard boiled eggs. There also weren’t many gluten free options, except for cheerios which aren’t a healthy option due to all the sugar unfortunately.My room was absolutely freezing in the winter, it seemed the heater had not been turned on despite inquiring before arriving.

Liked: The staff at the front desk is amazing, very friendly and acoomodating. Love the game room, we played a few games as well as Mario Kart on a big screen and had a couple of beers one night, the other night we had s’mores in front of a fire at the patio which was lovely. WiFi works perfectly. Location is great, with many options for public transport nearby and a Market store at walking distance.
Disliked: The Microwave was not in the room, it was right next to the elevators and we had to walk there when we want it to use it, a bit inconvenient but not a big deal. Phone in our room was not working but who uses them anyway, there was one in front of the elevators in case we needed to call front desk without going down.Breakfast was just ok, I expected some form of fruit juice and either sausage or ham but none of those were available, plus the only form of eggs they had was boiled for the three days we stayed.

Hotel was great. Restaurant not...

Liked: Everything but the restaurant.
Disliked: Tried going to the restaurant twice and they said they were closed. 1st time it was 8 30 the sign said 9. The second time made reservation for 9 same restaurant got there at 8 50 they said they were closed and on the site it says 10pm. I guess the employees decided when it is convenient to close. Would not go back.

Liked: The family atmosphere; the game room, the rentals, the parking, the simplicity of it all!
Disliked: Simple things and nothing alarming, we will return so these did NOT ruin our stay, but our room temp had to be set at 77 to be relatively comfortable. Which seems high to me. The TV remote only went up to a certain level; which I assume may be a sound safety, but not good when the heater kicks on and then you can't hear the TV. Also, the dining area was great, the staff did a wonderful job, but I was with my 12 year old son and the deep fryer was out! Huge bummer! That cannot always be controlled, so understandable! But it was a bummer!! Needless to say, these things are small and not a deal breaker!
