Room was very dirty

Liked: Upon arrival, the staff at the front office was very sweet. We got into our room late and went straight to sleep, so we didn’t take a great look around. The next morning, however, we got a better look at the room we were staying in. Unfortunately, it appeared that the room had not been cleaned thoroughly, if at all. The mattress we had slept on the night before had brown staining all along one side, the shower was dirty, there was hair and shaving cream or toothpaste smeared on the bathroom door, and there were various stains noted throughout the walls. We were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the room.
