Liked: Excellent customer service
Disliked: The bed was too hard, couldnt stay a second night because of it

Liked: There was tons of space in the suite, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was amazing.
Disliked: I missed having a breakfast available.

Liked: Big room
Disliked: Rude front desk clerk, too many rules (I couldn't watch TV or risk making too much noise to be fined $200). I had a confirmed prepaid reservation and they made me pay an extra $35 because they didn't have that room type available, only a better room type.

Liked: The shower, appliances, and furniture in the room.
Disliked: Concrete floors were unusually eclectic. Some people may not want to walk barefooted. Coffee bar was not staffed at 7:30 am.

Liked: Clean great location
Disliked: I didn't care for the concrete floors...we prefer carpet

Liked: It is in walking distance to the Corvette museum. Rooms are large, floor is concrete, no holding for allergies. Large rooms for extended stay. You can rent a garage for your car. Charger for Teslas
Disliked: New hotel, had problem with the door, it tended to catch and not close smoothly. Had to slam the door every time.

Liked: Minimalistic furnishings
Disliked: Ran a Bait/Switch when addl night added. Called front desk at check out time and told them I would like to stay another night,IF they would keepthe same price. Frontdesk clerk said ok. At ck-in laterthatnight raised price to over $---/ then kept deposit

Liked: Rooms were spacious and I liked that the living area and the bedrooms had separate temperature controls. Coffee bar was a treat.
Disliked: Beds were very, very firm and we found them uncomfortable. We also had an issue with the toilet flushing. I had to take water from the kitchen and poor into back of toilet to get it to flush. Ended up checking out early & driving home.

Liked: Loved the concrete floors and the modern multi shower heads in the granite shower. Full kitchen even with a dishwasher. No complaints with cleanliness. Bedding was super nice and comfy.
Disliked: I cant say I didnt like the outside of the building but it wasnt as pleasant or welcoming maybe as the rooms. You can tell it is an add-on but that doesnt affect the rooms. Its just kind of confusing. But no complaints!
