Liked: Breakfast had minimal options but was tasty.
Disliked: The coffee maker in room didn't work, the bed was not comfortable at all and the refrigerator creaked and loudly groaned all night. Otherwise, the hotel was very nice and clean.

Liked: The bed was very comfortable. Walls seperating the rooms were pretty soundproof. The staff was very pleasant, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was great! Pool was wonderful :--)
Disliked: My room was directly under the outside stairs, leading to the second floor. On occasion it was some noise at night, but that is OK. Overall, it was a great experience!

Liked: Check in was fine paid my bill with damage deposit. While waiting to receive my key, I remembered the clerk Paulette that my service dog was with me. She told me that is additional $50. I let her know that was illegal, She refused to give me a key. I told I wanted a refund immediately because I couldn't stay there. When I was able to reasoning it out with my sister, who went to pay the $50, still refused me a key or refund.
Disliked: I had stayed here in December & enjoyed it, None of the above happened. This experience cost me financially double what I intended to spend. Plus the emotional and psychological stress was compounded. The Senere denied me access to my service dog and other people need to know not to stay there. We don't need these hassles.
