A peace of mind doesn't...

Liked: The peace and quiet and not all the riff Raff being outside like other places around Phoenix. And for the price definitely worth it. Cleanliness was amazing! Their morning buffet of food, outstanding!
Disliked: Honestly I can't think of anything right now but if I think of anything I'll keep everyone updated.

Great place to rest after...

Liked: Sounds crazy but I was excited to see a laundry room. I hate traveling with dirty laundry so it was nice to be able to travel back home with clean laundry.
Disliked: I can't think of anything. It met my expectations for an inexpensive place to lay my head at night and a clean shower.

Location & bed comfort made...

Liked: There were 3 of us. We only had towels for 2. The coffee maker had what looked like noodles in the water compartment. So we couldn’t use it. We had to make our meeting before breakfast was served at 7.
Disliked: Had more towels in the room. Had the front desk offer a written receipt before we asked for it. Place a few hangers in the room. There were none. Positive: the beds were comfortable.

Liked: Hotel was updated, clean and comfortable
Disliked: The restroom door didn't fully close , the entry door needed to be adjusted, and the bathroom fan made lots of noise
