When we arrived we were told we couldn't check in until 3:00 but the reservation said check-in was 1:00 p.m.

Liked: The room had a microwave and small fridge. It was close to SPAC.
Disliked: The pool was filthy and our room had ants all over the floor and under the bed.

Disliked: The building/room that we stayed in was missing the sofa bed that was to have been there. The building/room had a very strong oder of cookie dough, which we later found out was used by the cleaning staff.. the room was just ok but the hallways definitely needed to be redone.

Disliked: Did not match my expectations after seeing the photos on booking website. Netflix didn’t work on television, receptionist said it hadn’t been for a week and they didn’t know why. ????
