Luxurious stay in the heart...

Liked: The room was surprisingly well lit by natural light given the location and it was BEAUTIFUL. The pictures don’t do it justice. Beds were comfortable, the shower was fantastic - the ceiling heights made it feel extra spacious. Bring a water bottle to fill up at the water station on your floor. It was annoying to continuously fill glasses given. And the pizza is a must have! It was so well priced and absolutely delicious!

Nice value in the center...

Liked: Staff was great. Love boutique hotels of this size. Great overall price value.
Disliked: Only quip is the whole parking situation. If I didn't already know my way around Salem, I would have been stressed. You should be more proactive with assistance. It would turn a negative into a positive,

Liked: We enjoyed our stay very much at this cute hotel. We loved our room. The location was perfect. The staff was helpful and friendly. We highly recommend this hotel.

Liked: Great hotel, large room, comfortable bed, really friendly and helpful staff! Loved the water refill stations outside the room too. Only one small issue was that on Saturday night the party in the downstairs bar was very loud - but they’d finished up by 9pm so it wasn’t really an issue. If you’re sensitive to noise or like to sleep very early, this might be an issue.

Liked: Very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. The food at the counter was amazing.
Disliked: The “king suite” wasn’t worth the money. You couldn’t have the heat on, as it made the upstairs where the tv is unbearably hot.
