Exceptional
Liked: Excellent Receptionist and Cooking Staff. Friendly and would assist you with your way around town. One the Receptionist actually helped me with a Bus

Liked: Place was clean.had amenities etc
Disliked: B eing woken up at 2am due to stomping and kids and then again at 6am and endure no sleep until 10-11 when i had to call. 2 warnings and that’s it. But when i went to complain, staff automatically knew so that should have been an indicator they need to go. I got BARELY 2 hours of sleep. Need to do better with telling people to leave. You can’t act that way or let your kids act that way. Make them watch cartoons at 6am. Not adults AND kids stomping and running back and forth for literal HOURS.

Would stay again
Liked: Very friendly staff. The bed was very comfortable and they even had regular sized pillows (too many hotels are going to uncomfortable half pillows).
Disliked: A little pricy for what it was but still pleased

This is a nice hotel...
Liked: The room was very clean and comfortable. While there were lots of guests, the room was quiet and the public spaces stayed well maintained. The day staff were welcoming and friendly. The facilities (pool, fitness center, breakfast room) were spotless. For the most part, the breakfast was very good.
Disliked: The first day, the breakfast meat (sausages) was overdone to the point of tasting burnt. Instead of taking the loss and replacing the tray with fresh sausages, they left them there to be eaten. Otherwise, the breakfast experience was fine.Also, while the daytime staff was friendly and engaged, the guy on night duty was a "grunter." I needed something for my room, and when I went to the desk to ask, he was blunter than he needed to be (he was checking someone in) and when he brought the item to the room, he barely said two words even in answer to a question about returning the item. I understand it's the night shift, but it doesn't reflect the overall tone of the hotel, which is much friendlier.
