You get what you pay...

Liked: The AC works fine, the shower water was hot, the music was a great sleeping aid, the people were nice and welcoming
Disliked: The bed had mold on the sheets, there was mold on the floor, the pillows were stained yellow, I was bitten by unseen bugs. The TV remote had no batteries to use the TV. Originally I was going to bring my child with me but I opted out for apparent reasons, I was also supposed to leave Monday morning but I chose to leave and book another hotel

Liked: The property was well maintained and the staff was very responsive and helpful. The restaurant/bar was fun.Also the staff and food there were awesome!!
Disliked: Parking was a little issue, but no deal breaker

Liked: The staff was amazing! She was attentive with our needs and provided helpful information
Disliked: The lockbox was difficult to locate We had to call the staff for assistance. There was a coffee pot in the room but no coffee, even for our first morning. We purchased coffee from the vending machine. There were sugar ants in the bathroom, perhaps after our tooth paste.

Liked: Have stayed years ago Has reopened after renovations. Very nice with restaurant downstairs
Disliked: Wasn’t really bad but noise from bar restaurant was noticeable. Ended at 9 so not sure about weekends

Liked: It’s a historical site. Al Capone had a guest lady friend who was married.When her husband discovered her there with Al Capone he through her out the window to her death.The lobby is alive with locals great food music and staff very welcoming to strangers!
