very underwhelming - very disappointed...

Liked: First room was not made up ready but response and replacement room was quick an efficientWIFI was good
Disliked: First room was not made up ready 2nd room was very cold- i put the heater on and from 6pm - it took well after 11pm that i was warm enough to remove coatTV lost signal at 10pmlights didnt work properly - kettle not working and then in morning no hot water for shower or washing - reception was shut but there was a mobile - rang mobile - but just went to voicemail - so had to leave hotel with out shower

Disliked: Absolutely filthy lifted pillows to find chewed up bits of wood and rats droppings and yellow piss stains from the rats the staff didn't even batter an eyelid just offered another room 4 rooms we checked and everyone of them either had broken heating broken telly or was dirty avoid this place we only used it for 1 of our drivers to stop.over for the night never seen anything as bad as this
