Liked: I loved the history of the hotel and the decor
Disliked: Our room was close to an alley so the garbage truck woke us up followed by workers

Very disappointed.

Disliked: Overpriced for the age and condition of the hotel. The shower was broken in my room and didn’t get fixed in the 2 days I was there. The restaurant was very poor. Understaffed, slow, poor quality food. Elevator being replaced. Problem with the billing. Refund for room change still has not cleared my credit card account. I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Liked: Location and history of the hotel was great! Double beds and seating areas were perfect. Staff were fantastic and would definitely consider staying again!
Disliked: Bathroom is way smaller than expected! Balcony seating area was uneventful due to ongoing remodeling that looks out into an alley and wall with a large dumpster. Room experience could be better served by enlargement of the bathroom space.

Liked: Beautiful property! Very quiet and relaxing. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Okayish stay in Marfa

Liked: Historical building, with a large rooms and a great bar.
Disliked: Price/quality is completely wrong. Half the price would be acceptable. Tiniest bathroom ever.

Disliked: Housekeeping was mediocre at best. While the facility is historic and charming, the rooms could use an update.

Beautiful property with personnel improvements...

Liked: Waitress was doing the best she could. The courtyard area was nice and our balcony room was comfortable.
Disliked: The restaurant service was very disappointing. 2 overworked waitresses. Out of everything we wanted to order off of a small menu. Front desk check-in person and process need improvement. More enthusiasm is needed.
