Lovely hotel with friendly staff.

Liked: Very comfortable bed in a huge room with a sofa. Lovely staff. Had a couple of small issues with room on arrival that were quickly and promptly fixed. Good buffet breakfast with attention to detail and a reasonable variety of offer given the scale. Easy access to city center by either 25min walk or 15mins on tram from end of street which were very regular and ran late into the evening.
Disliked: Whilst the bed and bathroom were exceptionally clean, noticed a fair amount of dust and cobwebs in the corners of rooms, on ledges and on lamps etc. which spoiled the finish of what was otherwise a very well presented hotel.

Liked: The hotel is very good from every aspect. The space is beautiful and everything is super clean. The receptionists were all very professional and friendly, you have everything you need brought in your room. The location is good, you can walk to the old town but the tram stop is also 1 min away. Oh last but not least, the breakfast is awesome!
