Disliked: Please be warned to book this hotel. There will be nobody to grant you excess to a room nor will a key be deposited. The phone will only lead you to an answering machine and you won't be called back. I had to find me a different hotel for the night I booked. No further comment.

Liked: Willingness to move me to a better room than I actually had a bathroom with the bedroom
Disliked: It was not understood that the cheaper rooms had no bathroom had to walk down the hall to get a shower or toilet. There was a laboratory in the room, but that was not clear in the booking.
