Amazing place.

Liked: Everything. Staff so friendly, amazing place full of history and culture. Nothing bad to say. We were so well taken care of by the excellent staff. Lovely spa too.
Disliked: Nothing!

Liked: The renovation is beautiful and cozy. The bar/restaurant/lobby stays really lively and it is obviously a very happening place in NYC. A very fun place to stay!

Liked: A unique and unconventional hotel.We really loved its location, atmosphere, and service.Everything was excellent!
Disliked: When booking through Booking.com, it was stated that we were entitled to a free taxi from the airport, but we couldn't actually arrange it.During the booking process, I was sure breakfast was included in the price, but it turned out it wasn't.It also took quite a long time to receive our order until our dishes finally arrived.

Liked: Beautiful lobby and old world feel. Lovely bar and restaurant (super pricey bar)
Disliked: Our room was odd shaped. Long and narrow with tv to the side. But very comfortable. Bathroom was large and beautiful but shower pressure was not good.
