Liked: The location was great! Staff was friendly.
Disliked: I don't think our room had been vacuumed or dusted. One of the windows wasn't closed all the way. Open just a crack. We didn't notice it until the next morning when I opened the blind. There is room for improvement.

Liked: Great location. Appears to be updated.
Disliked: Dirty, some staff were rude. Although seems to be updated, on closer inspection, was updated on a tiny budget by people who really did not know how to do construction.

Liked: The location is excellent, and the rooms are updated.
Disliked: It was very dirty, the shower was full of mildew and mold, carpets were dirty in the room, hallway carpets were filthy, even the luggage cart was not vacuumed. The continental breakfast was very lacking of choice. We stayed on the 3rd floor and the noise from people on the street was loud enough to wake is up multiple times throughout the night.

Disliked: Could hear all the street noise. The bed wasn’t as soft as other hotels I have stayed at.

Liked: The room was quiet and facing the road as requested.
Disliked: The bathroom was not clean. The floor looked as if someone spilled something on the floor and didn't clean it up. The toilet was dirty: bowl and seat. The shower and basin were dusty. That made it uncomfortable. The ice machine was on the bottom floor a little inconvenient. The breakfast was not monitored and there was no milk or creamer. The parking was away from the hotel and it was full so I had to park further away from hotel. It wouldn't have been a big deal if the weather was not in the negative temperatures. The front desk staff was not there at check in so we had to wait to check in.
