Liked: Thoughtful design throughout, beautiful property.Greeted by a cheerful, knowledgeable, and experienced lady on check in, who is capable of small talks, and initiative to offer help with bringing my bags up. Too bad I didn’t catch her name!
Disliked: Check out by a less experienced lady who can’t speak in complete sentences when conversation went off script.
