Very well located pleasant modern...

Liked: The location is great with lots of shops, cafes and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. My room was very quiet and ready when I checked in at 12.30pm which was brilliant. The restaurant is very pleasant with delicious and very fresh fish dishes
Disliked: The technology for the light switches wasn’t very practical and for the temperature of the room didn’t work very well.

Disliked: Arrived on waitangi day and absolutely no food/ drink service available which was disappointing as we really just needed a rest and had planned on staying in that night and eating at their restaurant. Should have been communicated to us prior to arrival. Close to places to get food however.

Liked: There’s something special when you walk in, super refreshing (was later told it was the signature scent), beautifully designed, the rooms are lovely, staff was so kind, and nice that you can have a coffee in the gorgeous lobby - an extension of the restaurant.
Disliked: Unclear where the valet dropoff or front door was at first, valet in general needed a bit of backup as the wait was long

Liked: A really great avant-garde hotel in the center of everything, but quiet and within walking distance of all. Room and restaurant great, food very good. Stylish decor, very cool use of space and glass. Otherwise, very accommodating hotel. Would not hesitate to stay again
Disliked: The breakfast was included. Learned to ask early for coffees, as they were a bit slow. Also to be pro-active as staff were not always around at breakfast.
