Liked: The hospitality exceeded my expectations. A delightful guest house with welcoming and helpful host. Very comfortable room with excellent en suite facilities. Good breakfast. Incredibly good value for money.
Disliked: I cannot fault the place, as there was excellent attention to detail. Good outside lighting and ability to access the accommodation at any time, including a welcome email giving the access code for the main entrance.

Perfect place and wonderful owner!

Liked: I had a wonderful stay! The place was immaculately clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout my time there. Everything I needed was easily accessible, and the atmosphere was welcoming. There was a wonderful fireplace which created an amazing atmosphere. The owner made stunning breakfast and kindly told me history of the building and surroundings. I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this place to others. Looking forward to returning in the future!

A truly wonderful place to...

Liked: What’s not to love! A beautiful property bursting with character in a stunning, super quiet location. The bedroom was cosy with great shower facilities. We were lovely and toasty warm at all times and slept very well. The breakfast was superb and set us up perfectly for the day. Chris was a fantastic host, so cheery and always checking in to ensure everything was ok. He gave us lots of information on local points of interest and places to visit and dipped into the history of the building which is very interesting, it was nice to hear some of its story. The Horse and Panniers is dog friendly which is fabulous for us while visiting to attend dog shows. We spent a free afternoon at Burghley house which was beautiful and only a short drive away. We will certainly be returning to this little gem
