Great location, rooms were nice

Liked: Rooms were spacious, and bathroom was very nice. Nice location and the bar itself was very nice as well.
Disliked: Got told when checking in that breakfast was included. Asked about breakfast the following day and was told it was not included. I double checked my confirmation which confirmed that it was in fact included. Apart from that, everything was great.

Liked: Comfy room, had everything we needed including space. We liked that checkout was 11am.
Disliked: Window made a bit of noise rattling in the wind.

Passable

Liked: The bed was comfortable, linen was fresh, nice hot shower.
Disliked: The windows rattled like he'll, we had to stick pieces of folded up paper between the gaps.Noise from out a nuisance, no parking, tea tray enough for one drink, shower door completely broken, lots bulbs not working. Area not what I thought it would be, run down.Overall it needs a good up date and money spent on the rooms,
