Great stay, definitely recommend it!

Liked: We had a very nice stay. The owners are very friendly and communication is excellent. Very tasty home-cooked breakfast! And if you're traveling with a pet, the facilities are superb, there is even a fenced in dog run! It's a cozy old (renovated) house, so expect the creaks, etc, that come with that, but it's part of the charm of the place. Great location for accessing everything in the area. Very pleased with our stay.

Liked: Breakfast was outstanding! Facility was warm, welcoming and fun! Pool was outstanding!

All in all we had...

Liked: The food was good and satisfying. The bed was great, and enjoyed the spacious bathroom with the jacuzzi as well as the shower. I also liked the pool.
Disliked: The only draw back for me was the sofa bed. Which would've been fine for younger children. The traffic in Rehoboth can be crowded and a bit night marish with all the impatient drivers and horn blowing.

Liked: Breakfast changed every day. The breakfast menu was posted the night before so you picked your breakfast time, location, and choices.Wonderful pool and patio chairs, towels, etc., and dogs were allowed and had a fenced in exercise area. Owners allow you to borrow beach chairs and towels for use at the beaches.
Disliked: Traffic to and from the beach but much less noise at

Liked: Our room was well appointed and quite comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. The Inn is just a short drive from Rehoboth Beach, Lewes and Cape Henlopen. We highly recommend it.
Disliked: The Inn sits on a relatively busy corner so getting into and out of the parking lot can be a bit challenging during peak traffic hours.
