Liked: Beautiful building.Spacious and clean rooms. Shower was superb, along with heated towel rail and bathroom floor.Restaurant was excellent for both dinner and breakfast.
Disliked: Nothing

Comfortable stopover in lovely location

Liked: The room was really stylish and comfortable and in a quiet setting (even heard birdsong in the morning .very relaxing!) The bed wasn't the best as could have done with a mattress topper as felt every lump and bump. Otherwise everything provided in the room was great. Staff were very welcoming . Didn't have food but hopefully next time.
Disliked: Bed (topper needed) .

Liked: A very good place for an overnight stay. We had a good sized room with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was good with a large walk in shower. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, all in all a very positive experience. There was a large, free car park.

Liked: Nice hotel.some areas need attention. Staff are lovely,kind and polite.room good size.( normal double)kettle and tv.
Disliked: Tired carpets.bathroom fittings black, shower door mouldy green( part at bottom of the door).Window dirty on the inside and out and didnt open,no air in the room, quite stuffy.TV picture kept dropping to digital squares, annoying when you're watching.Body fat on bath grouting. .lovely food! Outside tables hadn't been washed.Very dirty.Had to ask for ours to be wiped.Two others were just covered up with white table cloths.not good.Toilet brush is old bristle style,not hygienic enough.Should be flat silicone.No iron and board.

Liked: Greet location. Comfy rooms. Friendly staff. Breakfast very nice. Had dinner in the restaurant last-minute and the food was very good. Nice drinks. Highly recommend the family rooms as they are extremely spacious and have a slightly separated area for children/parents. Only downside is our room had no bath which is fine for us but may be tricky for very young children.
Disliked: Nothing!

Liked: Very friendly staff. Lovely hotel with stunning well kept gardens! Lovely building with a lot of interesting history. Great value for money. Would happily stay again. Highly recommend
