Liked: The location was perfect for our plansThe evening reception was delightful, a very pleasant and helpful gentleman compared to the morning
Disliked: The reception on arrival. We booked an early check-in as we had travelled a long way and were attending a family function for lunch. The receptionist informed us on arrival that as it "wasn't on the system " she was unable to gaurentee our room would not be available until 3pm. I showed her the confirmation from booking dot com and she just shrugged her shoulders and remarked oh them. I showed her that I had also called the Hotel directly. I was not rude but just wanted some help . She said"I'll see what housekeeping can do" . She disappeared , we sat and had a coffee. She returned and sat down. No feedback, I had to ask again, she replied "we are unable to gaurentee the room would be ready before 3pm as it's not on the system " . I was not rude to her at any point but realised she was going to be obstructive and had no intention of helping. We went and returned that night.
