I would not recommend this...

Liked: It may be nicer in good weather. It’s a historic house with a large property with gazebo, fire pit and outdoor sitting areas.
Disliked: There is no elevator and my room was on the third floor. The bathroom is an old kitchen sink - unsafe near electric socket and there is no privacy as I could hear the couple in the next room and the property is old and quiet. The steep driveway is icy and dangerous in winter. The room was dirty and beds uncomfortable.

Excellent bed and breakfast!

Liked: Comfort ! The decor takes you back in time with elegant touches. Kenneth the host makes you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. The room was so comforting. He provided chocolates and fresh flowers. The breakfast was delicious and well presented in beautiful china.

Liked: The breakfast was very good. Wonderful medley of eggs and vegetables, fruit and cream, homemade breads and warm croissants. Sadly, I am gluten free and could not enjoy the breads but my husband loved them.
Disliked: There is nothing to not like! Kenneth, our host was warm and welcoming. The bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious.

A wonderful place for a...

Liked: Room and decor are exceptionally beautiful, makes you feel in the late 19th to early 20th century, movie like environment. Breakfast was great, the omelet with vegetables and cheese was a morning treat. As well as the many sitting places on the ground floor which support friendly engagement with other guests.
Disliked: The shower could have been better, but given the effort to conserve the historical look and feel I get the difficulty in balancing this act.
