Good value; discounted room rate...
Liked: Room was adequate and reasonably comfortable.
Disliked: Management had front desk closed after 7 pm; the process of registering for unmanned check-in was multi-step and tedious. It worked ok overall, but has room for improvement.

Liked: Nice person at front counter. Room was supposed to have two queen beds and a sleeper sofa. It on had one queen bed and the sleeper sofa was old and very uncomfortable. We were promised a discount by lady at front desk.

Disliked: The hotel is in desperate need of updates and renovations. .

Disappointing. I wouldn’t have stayed...
Disliked: Room smelled like wet dog. Carpet was dirty and had large stain in the middle of the room. Windows opened up to rooftop equipment A/C maybe over the dining room. Bar was closed. Felt like the property was run down, a big difference from my stay 2 years ago.
