Good price and clean room/bathroom
Liked: Cleanliness of room and bathroom
Disliked: No dog bags. Same thing when I stayed last time. Garbage can next to elevator overflowing for two days. Mattress on the hard side.

Good
Liked: It was fine until my key card stopped working for my room. Than the cpu shut down so I had to wait about 45mins in the lobby to get things back right. Other then that, all was well.

Hidden gem we are delighted...
Liked: Sparkling clean, friendly staff. Fun and modern decor. Rooms were clean with thoughtful amenities. Bed was VERY comfortable.
Disliked: Nothing - we loved it so much we joined the Parents Club (for perks and early reservations for nearby university.)

Nice convenient, stress free hotel.
Liked: Great location for visiting our son at the university. It’s lovely and clean with comfy beds. The gym is well equipped and very well taken care of. The staff is nice and helpful. The roof top bar and restaurant is very nice. I never ate there, but the price of a glass of cheap Prosecco is $18.
Disliked: This may be user error; however, the dry air heating/cooling was on constantly, which is irritating. Also, I stayed 3 days and housekeeping didn’t make bed or clean bathroom. It’s not a cheap hotel and I would expect the room to be cleaned at least every other day.

We felt at home.
Liked: Clean, quiet, friendly staff and great amenities. We stayed on our way to Florida and it was a bit off our route but totally worth it. We cancelled our previously booked hotels for our trip home and have booked the Highlander . Beautiful Radford University across the street for walks on their grounds. It’s also dog friendly with no additional charges.
Disliked: We loved everything. No negatives
