Liked: The room was very nice, with water in the fridge and snacks, coffee and tea for breakfast. We were 3 people, and the triple room was ok. Roberto, who did our check-in, is very professional and available!

Liked: Convenient location near to the square. Interesting boutique hotel. Very friendly staff and made me feel very welcomed. They provided lots of complimentary items in the room. Mini bar and even a Prosecco. It also has a lift!
Disliked: Walls and doors are painted black and the toilet and shower is separated in two rooms.

We experienced a very serious incident of violence and therefore asked to advance the check-out and we did not receive treatment and concern but on the contrary, they dropped the demand on booking even though it was false and decided not to credit us for the last night

Liked: Location was great. Breakfast was excellent, although we didn't know it was in a separate hotel a little way away. This was not a problem for us.
