Disliked: No breakfast plus food quality was very, very poor

Liked: Good location, plenty of parking and staff really helpand friendly.
Disliked: Property a bit out dated, room door didn’t lock from inside. Beds were pretty hard and could do with a good clean.

Liked: We always are made to feel welcome. The parking is great. The rooms are a good size, comfortable and clean.
Disliked: Our only issue on this trip was our TV / TV remote did not work properly.I am sure if I had reported to staff they would have looked at it but it was to no detriment to our trip.

Liked: Nothing, however there is a half decent pub next door!!
Disliked: very noisy, could hear people walking arround and dog barking all night!! on the room on topwhole place is bit dated and run downroom was not made up during our stay, tea/coffee etc was not restockedno options for cooked breakfast during the week, was offered packed breakfast and was only available after 9am
