Liked: The sheets etc was absolutely crisp and clean, the breakfast delicious and the Sauna Jacuzzi was VERY enjoyable LOVELY. Was going to maybe eat in the Restaurant and went into the Pub...Started heaving with the VERY strong acid-weird Smell that caught the back of my throat and walked STRAIGHT out...got an return Uber to Indian restaurant KIPLINGS...VERY BEST. Hotel a bit tired, old but Staff and Spa made up for it.

Liked: Handy for the wedding we were attending and it had a swimming pool and jacuzzi, tea making kettle in room
Disliked: The shower had only cold water in the Ensuite room Breakfast wasn’t good value Just cereal and fruit juice and cooked breakfast consisting of many low quality items And there was no clear option to include breakfast on booking but only at the premises where there was an added premium because we booked at the hotel. Also, when booking the hotel the leisure facilities appeared to be included in the room price but when we were at the hotel we were told to pay £5 each to use facilities

Liked: Lovely hotel with pool and gym, good pub too
Disliked: Lovely hotel let down by noisy creaking floorboards upstairs. Room not serviced and needed to ask for clean cups/ more tea and had to make own bed.
