Located just 3 miles from Bradford city center The Highfield Hotel is a family-run hotel with free on-site parking and free Wi-Fi in all public areas. All rooms include an private bathroom with complimentary toiletries a hairdryer a flat-screen TV with built-in radio and a seating area. Majority of rooms have a DVD player. They also benefit from tea and coffee making facilities. The Highfield also features a bar restaurant and leisure club. Disappointing

Liked: I'm sure the pool and gym are nice. I didn't use.
Disliked: The roo was dated but large. It was run down and had black mold on ceiling in bathroom. The room was freezing all night, was never warm. The full wall of windows probably does not help.

disappointing

Liked: the bedding was clean and the staff were nice and friendly the room was a good size the water was hot
Disliked: the breakfast room was very cold , no heating , the breakfast was very poor with no service, nothing was ready by 9.30 , no napkins , dirty cutlery , one person doing reception and cooking In the room the bathroom has mould round the bath and tiles , lots of little flies , the tap dripped all night

Marginally ok

Liked: Large room. Friendly staff
Disliked: Manual door lock did not work. Bathroom door would not close. Duty manager could not be contacted when wanting to use the EV charging. Room not made up.
