Liked: we loved this hotel!
Disliked: I have no negatives about the hotel but I found out after booking this hotel through booking.com, that I was charged approximately $80 more than the hotel was charging for the room that we got for both nights. I was very upset that booking.com over charged me this amount of money. The hotel manager felt bad about this but could not help me because I went through booking.com. I feel that booking.com should make this right and refund me the amount that I was overcharged. I will not be using booking.com as my first source of reservations .

Liked: The ambiance and set up of the property was perfect for our Anniversary Weekend! Loved the balcony for morning coffee.
Disliked: Only thing missing was access to bicycles.

Disliked: No elevator due to it being a historic building. Which is fine but they should consider hiring someone willing to carry luggage up and down the stairs for a fee. I certainly would have paid gladly.
